Lesley Nalley, CEO of Hot Springs Village Property Owners’ Association, has been elected to serve on the Board of the Arkansas State Chamber of Commerce, a private, non-profit corporation that strives to improve the business climate in Arkansas. The State Chamber is a network of companies working together to bring about a lower cost of doing business, fairer taxes, fairer regulations and less regulatory paperwork. For instance, the State Chamber supported Governor Asa Hutchinson’s Retired Military Tax Reduction legislation.
“I am pleased for the opportunity to work alongside statewide partners who are vital to Hot Springs Village achieving its enterprise goals in the coming years, especially on the cusp of our first comprehensive master plan and celebrating our fiftieth anniversary in 2020. I look forward to working with the State Chamber in support of Arkansas’ economic development endeavors, which directly benefits Hot Springs Village residents and statewide members of our community,” stated Nalley.
Nalley will serve a 2-year term on the Arkansas State Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors. Other directors currently serving include Wayne Smith of Oaklawn Jockey Club, Rick Riley of Entergy Arkansas, and Ed Drilling of AT&T Arkansas.
